Starting with just two employees, including himself, and a Program Manager, Adrian orchestrated a remarkable transformation, catapulting the department’s workforce from a mere 3 to an astonishing 100+ employees in just a few short years. His exceptional leadership skills and unwavering commitment to excellence served as a catalyst for this unprecedented growth, making him a revered figure in the organization.

Leading an award winning team (The A- Team) Adrian was nominated for associate of the month in a short period of time and received one of the highest honors from upper management, the coveted quarterly Leadership Award as he set the standard for leadership in his department.

As an Army Veteran, he proudly served his country during Operation Enduring Freedom, demonstrating his unyielding dedication and strength of character. Stationed at Fort Campbell KY Military base for 3 years, his service exemplified the qualities of resilience and courage.
